Deadpool 3 has paused filming due to the ongoing SAG strike.
The actors strike has led to the shutdown of many movie and TV productions in Hollywood. Recently, films like Mortal Kombat 2 and Gladiator 2 have paused production, as actors in the Screen Actors Guild are no longer allowed to perform in films and TV shows.
One of the movies impacted by the Hollywood strike is Deadpool 3, the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe movie starring Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool and Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. This comes days after set photos appeared of the two characters fighting, with Wolverine in his comic-accurate suit.
Reynolds shared one last photo from set on Threads before the shutdown, captioned “Comic accurate short king.”
