Barry Keoghan is officially working on his next film. The actor was photographed riding through the streets on a scooter on the set of his new project, Bird.

In a recent batch of set photos, Keoghan was seen riding through a street with a child actor holding onto him from behind. Not too much is known about Keoghan’s character other than the images, however. This gives us very little to go on, aside from the heavily-tattooed character going on a joy ride. (Not that kind.)

Bird will be directed by Andrea Arnold (American Honey.) It stars Keoghan and Franz Rogowski. Not too much is known about the film, but its filming schedule is the reason Keoghan backed out of Ridley Scott’s Gladiator sequel, which he was previously set to star in.
Prior to this, Keoghan starred in The Banshees of Inisherin, which earned him a Best Supporting Actor Oscar nomination. Up next for him will be a role in Emerald Fennell’s Saltburn, which he’ll star in alongside Jacob Elordi. He will also appear in Trey Edward Shults’ next movie, which is also set to star Jenna Ortega and The Weeknd.
