Pierce Brosnan was the victim of a strange type of burglary this week, with TMZ reporting that someone broke into an area of his home to clean himself up after defecating on his neighbor’s lawn.
Police found the man after he fled the scene
According to TMZ’s report, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies arrived to Pierce’s home in Malibu on Monday afternoon after getting reports of a man on both his and his neighbor’s property.
According to the police, the man was seen going to the bathroom on his neighbor’s backyard and rummaging through the garbage before making his way onto Brosnan’s property.
The report goes on to mention that the man eventually made his way into an outdoor shower of Brosnan’s, where he cleaned himself up and then ran off toward the beach once cops arrived. Eventually, the police were able to find the man by way of a police helicopter, and he was taken into custody and charged with burgalry for stealing Brosnan’s water.
TMZ notes that Brosnan’s wife, Keely, was home during the incident, but it’s unclear if Brosnan was at the time.
