Four New Character Posters for Johnny Depp’s Mortdecai

From the trailer it was very apparent that acting chameleon Johnny Depp is channeling British thesp Terry Thomas for his new caper comedy Mortdecai, complete with gap tooth and that distinctive mustache. Apparently co-stars Gwyneth Paltrow, Ewan McGregor and Olivia Munn want in on the act since they’re all rocking the mustache on four new character posters courtesy of Lionsgate.

Juggling some angry Russians, the British Mi5, his impossibly leggy wife and an international terrorist, debonair art dealer and part time rogue Charlie Mortdecai (Johnny Depp) must traverse the globe armed only with his good looks and special charm in a race to recover a stolen painting rumored to contain the code to a lost bank account filled with Nazi gold.

Also starring Jeff Goldblum and Paul Bettany, Mortdecai is adapted for the screen by director David Koepp from a series of 1970s novels by Kyril Bonfiglioli, and will hit theaters on January 23, 2015.
