When to Watch South Park: The Streaming Wars Part 2

South Park: The Streaming Wars Part 2 will debut on Paramount+ at 3 a.m. ET/12 a.m. PT on Wednesday, July 13. The series which launched on Aug. 13, 1997, has now reached its 319th installment, a long way after debuting the VHS-shared, animated short entitled “The Spirit of Christmas.” In addition to the made-for-TV films, South Park is still airing its traditional seasons, with the 25th one wrapping up earlier in March 2022 at Comedy Central. The upcoming long-feature is part of the $900 million deal signed between South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone and ViacomCBS to bring more seasons of the much-appreciated animated comedy series to Comedy Central. Paramount+ plans to add 14 original South Park hour-long films to its content before 2027.

“In South Park: The Streaming Wars Part 2, a drought has brought the town of South Park to the brink of disaster,” reads the official synopsis. It will be the continuation of the first installment, which debuted in June. Judging from the trailer, it appears that Randy has gone full “Karen,” screaming his lungs out. To enter the water park and find some refreshment, he is ready to do anything. Even shouting in front of everyone that he wants to speak to the manager. After South Park: The Streaming Wars Part 2 release, the series will return next year with brand new episodes.
