A new batch of behind-the-scenes photos from the set of HBO Max’s Batgirl film has surfaced online as production continues in Glasgow, Scotland. The Batgirl set photos, which you can check out below, reveal our first look at J.K. Simmons’ return as Commissioner Gordon, who was last seen by fans in Zack Snyder’s Justice League.
Simmons is accompanied by two unnamed actresses, who are seemingly playing a young Barbara Gordon and Gordon’s wife Barbara Eileen Gordon. Because of these photos, it has been speculated that the film will feature flashbacks of the Gordon family.
