Judge’s confirmation about the Beavis and the Butt-Head film comes after over a year since Comedy Central has given a two-season order to a revival of the classic adult-animated series, which ended its seven-season run in 1997. The reimagined Beavis and Butt-Head will be entering a whole new Gen Z world and is set to feature meta-themes that will be relatable to both new and old fans: Gen X parents and their Gen Z kids.
The original Beavis and Butt-Head ran on-air for seven seasons from 1993-1997 on MTV. A theatrical film, Beavis and Butt-Head Do America, was released in 1996 and featured Demi Moore and Bruce Willis.
