DC FanDome is just a few days away now, and ahead of the upcoming event, the official Twitter account for the upcoming The Batman film has teased a new trailer.

With the highly anticipated film set to be a part of the upcoming event, it’s no shock that there are some teases happening in the lead-up to it. Nothing has been shown off as of yet, with the Twitter account simply sharing a tweet encouraging users to like the tweet for a reminder on the trailer.

DC FanDome is set to take place on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at 1 p.m. ET, and will likely provide updates on a ton of DC and Warner Bros. properties. Warner Bros. Pictures is expected to drop an exclusive new trailer for Matt Reeves’ The Batman starring Robert Pattinson as well as new content from DC League of Super-Pets, a first look at Black Adam, The Flash sneak peek, and some behind-the-scenes footage at Shazam! Fury of the Gods, and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. Meanwhile, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment is set to give a preview at two new original DC Animated films such as a sneak peek at Injustice, and the official trailer for Catwoman: Hunted.

The Batman will be directed by Matt Reeves, who has directed a number of films, including Cloverfield, Let Me In, and War for the Planet of the Apes. It will star Pattinson in the titular role, Farrell as Oswald Cobblepot, also known as the Penguin. Zoe Kravitz and Paul Dano will also star as Catwoman and the Riddler, respectively.
The Batman is set for a March 4, 2022 premiere date. It was delayed from its original June 25, 2021 release due to COVID-19.
