According to Deadline, Transformers alum Megan Fox, and singer-actor Tyson Ritter (Preacher) have officially been tapped for two of the leading roles in the upcoming thriller film titled Johnny And Clyde, which is being described as a fresh new take on the infamous Bonnie and Clyde story. However, Fox and Ritter won’t be portraying the titular leads, but will instead play the respective roles of crime boss Alana, and her head of security.
“I am very excited to have Megan play the role of Alana,” director Chad A. Verdi said in a statement. “She’s a brilliant actress who will bring this character to life like no one else could. I love Tyson’s energy and can’t wait for him and Megan to go head-to-head.”
