Deadline reports that James Jordan has joined Angelina Jolie (By the Sea) in the thriller Those Who Wish Me Dead from director Taylor Sheridan (Hell or High Water).
The story, based on a book of the same name by Michael Koryta, follows a teen in a witness protection program evading killers in the fire-raged wilderness of Montana. The film will reportedly “veer away from certain points,” rather than act as a straight-up adaptation; and act as more of a female-driven “by-the-seat-of-your-pants chase movie.”

Jordan recently appeared alongside Nicole Kidman in Destroyer and alongside Jeremy Renner in Wind River. He also has a recurring role on Sheridan’s Yellowstone.
The cast also includes Nicholas Hoult (Mad Max: Fury Road), Jon Bernthal (The Punisher), Tyler Perry (Gone Girl), Aidan Gillen (Game of Thrones), Medina Senghore (Blindspot), Finn Little (Storm Boy), and Jake Weber (Homeland).
