Screen Media Films has exclusively revealed to ComingSoon a collection of character posters for its upcoming horror comedy Deep Murder. The ensemble cast, led by Legion‘s Katie Aselton and Happy Gilmore‘s Christopher McDonald, which can be viewed in the gallery below!

The film, written by Quinn Beswick, Josh Margolin (My Boyfriend is a Robot), Benjamin Smolen (TripTank) and Nikolai von Keller and directed by Nick Corirossi (Funny or Die), the film follows a group of people working on a soft core porno who are slowly picked off by a deranged killer.
In addition to Aselton and McDonald, the film’s cast includes Jessica Parker Kennedy (The Flash), Jerry O’Connell (Billions), Chris Redd (Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping), Stephanie Drake (Mad Men), Margolin, and Beswick.

After having its worldwide debut at the Los Angeles Film Festival in September 2018 to positive reviews, Screen Media Films acquired the distribution rights to the project. The studio is best-known for their direct-to-video niche projects including the long-awaited third installment in the cult favorite horror franchise Jeepers Creepers 3, the averagely-received musical drama Ten Thousand Saints starring Ethan Hawke, the surreal black comedy thriller The Bad Batch from Ana Lily Amirpour (A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night) and the long-in-development Terry Gilliam adventure-comedy The Man Who Killed Don Quixote.
Deep Murder is set to hit select theaters and video-on-demand on June 14!
