According to Deadline, Bruce Willis has signed up for Matt Eskandari’s action thriller The Long Night. The project marks the 16th collaboration between the legendary actor and producers Randall Emmett and George Furla.

Written by Doug Wolfe, The Long Night follows a pair of robbers who break into a doctor’s home for medical treatment after one of them is injured during a heist. With limited expertise on the matter, the doctor must work to stay alive and keep his family safe.
Production is expected to commence on June 3 in Columbus, Georgia. Emmett and Furla will produce with Tim Sullivan, Alex Eckert, and Ted Fox serving as executive producers.

Willis was last seen on the big screen in M. Night Shyamalan’s blockbuster Glass, and also voiced himself in The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part; and even popped up for a brief voice role in TVs The Orville as Groogen.
