Todd Strauss-Schulson is set to direct the comedy Silent Retreat for Mirmiax, based on a script he wrote with Matthew Fogel (Lego Movie 2), according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The comedy follows a group of people — Thomas and Gillian, a couple dealing with relationship issues; and Eric and his mother, Wanda, who is now a grieving widow — who journey to a meditation retreat that does not allow its attendees to speak for three days.
“Matt and Todd (who are best friends) have a new best friend in Miramax, a company who is bold and creatively supportive. We’re mostly just thrilled that someone believed in us enough to give us money to make a silent comedy about meditation,” Strauss-Schulson and Fogel said in a joint statement.
