Relativity Media’s animated, Thanksgiving-themed family comedy Turkeys has undergone a title change and will now be released as Free Birds. It is still being targeted to hit theaters on November 1.
Directed by Jimmy Hayward, Free Birds is an animated comedy that follows two turkeys from opposite sides of the tracks must put aside their differences and team up to travel back in time to change the course of history – and get turkey off the menu for good.
Owen Wilson, Woody Harrelson, Amy Poehler, Dan Fogler, Lesley Nicol, George Takei, Colm Meaney and Keith David provide voices.
