Marking the 50th full-length animated feature from the studio to hit theaters since Snow White defined the medium in
1937, Tangled blends state of the art computer animation with the fairytale retelling that has become synonymous with Walt Disney classics.
Reimagining the Brothers Grimm’s Rapunzel,Tangled features the voice and song talent of Mandy Moore as the hyper-long haired princess, kept locked away in a tower by the evil Mother Gothel (Donna Murphy), oblivious to her true identity. Zachary Levi plays the dashing thief, Flynn Rider, who comes across Rapunzel and becomes her unwilling guide through the outside world and back to her regal destiny.
ComingSoon.net had the chance to talk with Moore, Levi, Murphy and the film’s directing pair, Nathan Greno and Byron Howard about bringing the classic tale to life.
