Titles arriving December 29 include Hitman: Agent 47, Bone Tomahawk and The Perfect Guy

With 2015 drawing to a close and the world still recovering from the holidays, we’ve got another quiet week on the home media front. December 29 does see the arrival of several recent big screen releases, however. The week kicks off with Bone Tomahawk. Now on the big screen in a very different western (Quentin Tarantino’s The Hateful Eight), Kurt Russell headlines S. Craig Zahler’s unique genre mashup.
Next up is Scott Mann’s Heist, a crime thriller starring Robert De Niro, Gina Carano, Summer Altice, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Dave Bautista. Then, Rupert Friend headlines Hitman: Agent 47, the recent big screen actioner based on the hit video game franchise by IO Interactive.
The Perfect Guy offers a contemporary thriller starring Sanaa Lathan as a single woman caught between two seemingly perfect men, played by Michael Ealy and Morris Chestnut. The only trouble is, one of them is soon revealed as a sociopathic stalker. For a hint at which is which, check out ComingSoon.net’s video interviews with the Perfect Guy cast.
On the small screen front, December 29 delivers the most recent seasons of two hit Showtime series. Ray Donovan: Season Three continues to explore the life of the title Hollywood “fixer,” played by Liev Schreiber, while Shameless: Season Five offers twelve episodes featuring the misadventures of Frank Gallagher (William H. Macy) and his children.
