ComingSoon.net had the chance to speak with filmmaker John Hyams (Black Summer, Z Nation, One Dog Day) about his new survival thriller Alone, starring Jules Willcox (Bloodline) as a widowed traveler who is forced to battle against the elements and her kidnapper in the suspenseful feature. In the film, a grief-stricken young widow flees the city to cope with the loss of her husband. When she’s kidnapped by a mysterious man and locked in a cabin in the Pacific Northwest, she escapes into the wilderness and is pursued by her captor.
Alone is directed by Hyams and written by Mattias Olsson, and also stars Marc Menchaca, Anthony Heald, and Jonathan Rosenthal.
