Mnet I-Land 2 episode 7 will come two weeks later, but fans will find out the result of the elimination before the show resumes. Six members have moved to part two after stunning the judges in the 1:1 mission.
The latest popular K-pop reality show, I-Land 2, started with 24 contestants. Four rookie participants, Kang Ji-won, Kim Eun-chae, Nana, and Yuiko, left the completion in part 1. As per the reality show’s format, only twelve people will qualify for part two of I-Land 2, starting in June.
I-Land 2 episode 7: Elimination special & part 2 explained
I-Land 2 episode 7 will air on June 13th at 8.50 p.m. KST, 7.50 a.m. ET on Mnet K-pop YouTube. Before part 2 begins, fans will get two special episodes on May 30 and June 6, which will mark the ending of part 1 of I-Land 2: N/A.
As per Mnet‘s latest announcement, fans will see the result of the elimination on June 6 at 8.50 p.m. KST. Six more contestants will get the chance to enter the next stage of the competition through the audience vote Save Mate. Global fans can vote for their favorite contestant through the M+ Mnet Plus website zone till May 30, 11.59 p.m. KST.
Six contestants have reached part 2 after being selected by the I-Land judges. The members who have made it to Part 2 include Mai, Choi Jungeun, Sarang, Saebi, Yoon Jiyoon, and Fuko. Nam Yuju, Bang Jimin, Koko, Kimm Sujung, Yui, and Lingling moved to Ground after losing in the 1:1 mission.
After the Unit battle, the Contestants already on the Ground team are Kim Minsol, Oh Yuna, Kim Gyuri, Kim Chaeeun, Choi Soul, Park Yeeun, Son Jiwon, and Um Jiwon. The former I-Land members and Ground participants will have equal chances to save themselves through the global vote.
Meanwhile, all the 14 participants who were still not in part 2 met the press on May 29 to urge fans to vote for them. I-Landers who have already qualified for part two will also meet fans on May 30 on M Countdown to perform “IWALY.”
