The June lineup of K-pop comebacks teases a list of globally popular groups, including WayV, TWS, TWICE star Nayeon, and more. Most K-pop artists and groups will unveil new albums, while some will release singles in the upcoming month.
2024 has already seen some of the most popular Korean pop artists and groups making their comeback with new albums. In May, Billboard 200 charter group Stray Kids returned with the single “Lose My Breath” featuring Charlie Puth. The single made it to the Billboard Hot 100 at 90 on its debut week.
After Stray Kids’ much-awaited single release, K-pop fans are waiting for the new album, which will be released in June. It features SM Entertainment’s super rookie group RIIZE and WayV.
Kep1er
Girls Planet 999, famed K-pop act Kep1er, will release their new album Kep1going On on June 3, 2024. The forthcoming release will mark Kep1er’s first full-length album release. Before the release date, Kep1er shared the new album’s tracklist containing ten tracks.

AKMU
Korean pop duo AKMU, consisting of Lee Chan-Hyuk and Lee Su-Hyun, has made a permanent place in listeners’ hearts by blending quirky pop sounds with indie themes. The duo will release their third new mini album, Love Episode, on June 3, 2024.
Previously, AKMU invited some of the most K-drama OST singers to feature in their second EP, Next Episode. So, the forthcoming album’s tracklist builds excitement as fans wait to see who will be featured in the comeback project.
Meanwhile, AKMU’s previous extended play, Next Episode, made waves in the music charts with its single Nakka (featuring IU) ranking number 1 on the Circle (previously Gaon) Digital Chart. The EP also sold over 19,822 copies in the first week of its release and stood at sixth on the Circle Album chart.
WayV
NCT’s chart-topping unit, WayV, will return to the music scene in June 2024 with a new extended play, Give Me That. The 5th mini album will drop on June 3, 2024. As per WayV’s label SM Entertainment, WayV’s upcoming project will have several genres infused in the songs, including hip-hop and pop.
The tracklist of Give Me That features six tracks:

According to reports, “She A Wolf” is a hip-hop dance song that seems “to lead you into a dream.” “Don’t Get Mad” is an R&B number that comprises a sincere message to a lover. “New Ride” also features R&B and pop genres, which have more romantic vibes that capture the excitement of a lover looking forward to a moonlight ride.
Nayeon
TWICE star Nayeon will release her new album NA on June 14, 2024. The new EP will mark her first comeback since she debuted solo on June 24, 2022, with the chart-topping EP Im Nayeon. The K-pop crooner’s new album will contain seven tracks, three featuring AKMU’s Chanhyuk, Sam Kim, and Kiss Of Life member Julie.

It also showed Nayeon’s influence on a global audience, peaking at number 7 on the Billboard 200 chart.
EVNNE
K-pop rookie group EVNNE is making their summer comeback with their third EP, RIDE or DIE. The mini album will be unveiled on June 17, 2024, at 6 p.m. KST/ 5 a.m. ET/ 2 a.m. PT. Before the album’s release, EVNNE will share the tracklist of Ride Or Die on June 10.
Followed by EVNNE’s comeback, the group will hold a series of concerts as per their 2024 EVNNE SHOW[K]ASE TOUR ‘RIDE WITH EVNNE’ schedule. Dates and cities of EVNNE’s tour include:

TWS
HYBE‘s new boy group TWS will also make their first comeback with the mini album SUMMER BEAT. The boy group, comprising six members, Shinyu, Dohoon, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon, and Kyungmin, debuted on January 22, 2024, with a five-track extended play, Sparkling Blue. Six months after their chart-topping debut, the group is ready to make their first comeback on June 24, 2024, at 6 p.m. KST and 5 a.m. ET.
Meanwhile, TWS’s debut proved the group’s popularity right from the start. Within a week of its release, the EP sold over 502,355 copies in South Korea, peaking at number 1 on the Circle Album Chart. The album also debuted at number 6 on the US World Chart and number 16 on the US Sales Chart.
RIIZE
SM Entertainment’s promising boy group RIIZE will return on June 17 at 6 p.m. KST with the mini album RIIZING featuring the title track “BOOM BOOM BASS.” RIIZE will continue their world tour in June while promoting the new mini album.
Before the mini album’s final reveal, the K-pop septet released several singles this year, including “Impossible,” “9 Days,” “One Kiss,” and “Honestly.” Following the new comeback, RIIZE will continue their world tour in June.
Apart from the aforementioned groups and artists, June will be a month for some new Japanese singles. NCT Dream will drop the new Japanese track “Moonlight” on June 5, and NCT Wish will unveil its second Japanese single, Songbird, on June 26.
