Aespa joins the star-studded OST lineup of Netflix’s Rebel Moon: Part 2 — The Scargiver. The K-pop hitmakers will collaborate with record producer and DJ TOKiMONSTA for their new song “Die Trying.”
Netflix’s Rebel Moon: Part 2 — The Scargiver will be available on the streaming platform on April 19. The first part of Zack Snyder’s new movie was released last December. The sequel will feature five original tracks. Jessie Reyez, Tainy, Tokischa, Black Coffee, and Kordhell are the artists lending their vocals for the original soundtrack.
Aespa and TOKiMONSTA team up for Netflix’s Rebel Moon- Part Two OST
Aespa and TOKiMONSTA’s new OST, “Die Trying,” will be released on April 5 before the premiere of Netflix’s Rebel Moon: Part Two. According to reports, the track is ‘inspired by’ Doona Bae’s character in Nemesis.

- “Ode to Ancestors” (featuring Djimon Hounsou) – Black Coffee
Aespa has also teased another new song, “Get Goin,” for Apple TV+’s Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock. “Get Goin” will drop on March 29 along with the series. The new series of Apple TV is a reboot of the popular 80’s children’s show, Jim Henson’s Fraggle Rock. This will mark Aespa’s second collaboration with streaming giant Apple TV. In 2023, Aespa shared the song “Hold On Tight” for the original movie Tetris.
Meanwhile, Aespa released their latest extended play, Drama, on November 10, 2023. The EP sold over 1,297,420 copies in the first week of its release in South Korea. The massive popularity of the EP led to it charting at number 3 on South Korea’s Circle Album Chart. It also ranked second on Billboard’s US World chart.
Following Drama’s success, Aespa snagged multiple trophies at year-end award shows. The group won the Artist of the Year—Streaming Unique Listeners trophy at the 13th Circle Chart Music Awards and the Artist of the Year (Bonsang) award at the 2023 Hanteo Music Awards.
