K-Pop Group The Boyz Comeback Album Release Date and Title Revealed

The Boyz will be making their comeback in March 2024 with the third part of the album PHANTASY, titled Love Letter. The comeback marks their return to the music scene after their Sixth Sense release on November 2023.

K-pop rockstars The Boyz strode into the music industry with their debut in 2017. The group made a breakthrough in their early days by lifting the winner’s trophy at Mnet’s K-pop reality TV competition, Road To Kingdom, in 2020. Since then, the K-pop act has released several extended plays that reached the number one spot on Korea’s Circle Album Chart, including Thrill-ing and Be Aware.

The last two releases of The Boyz were two parts of their album PHANTASY – Christmas in August and Sixth Sense. The final part of the album, Love Letter, will debut next.

The Boyz vocalist Ju Haknyeon will resume  group activities with comeback album Love Letter

The comeback album of The Boyz, Love Letter, will be released on March 18. The Boyz member Ju Haknyeon, who has been on a temporary hiatus, will join the album’s promotional activities. Love Letter will be the third and final part of The Boyz’ PHANTASY, an album that teased to show listeners how we all live in a dreamlike fantasy.

The first two parts of PHANTASY – Christmas In August and Sixth Sense unveiled stark contrasts in their themes. The bright and bubbly spirit of Christmas In August took a darker turn in Sixth Sense.

The album’s second part, Sixth Sense, tells the compelling story of a love that led to an ill-fated relationship. From a fiery start to a poignant ending, the edgy album gained appreciation from fans and critics alike. Sixth Sense also performed brilliantly on music charts. The second part of the album sold over 510,575 copies in the first week of its release, ranking at number one on South Korea’s Circle Album Chart.

Later, the album got KMCA’s Platinum certification following Christmas In August. The first part of PHANTASY also received the same certification for selling over 418,398 copies in the first week.
