The Player 2: Master of Swindlers episode 4 is set to air this week on tvN. Starring Song Seung-Heon in the lead role, the K-drama is the second season of The Player’s franchise. The storyline revolves around four swindlers scamming only rich people who earn money illegally.
In the previous episode, Kang Ha-Ri (Song Seung-Heon) sought prosecutor Kwak Do-Soo’s help. The latter reluctantly agreed to join him in catching CEO Kim Yun-Gi. But things took an ugly turn when their plans failed, as no one could track the swindlers. Yun-Gi brought Ha-Ri to a secluded place to meet his drug dealer. When the dealer arrived, he turned out to be one of Jeffrey’s subordinates, Dex.

The latest episode 4 trailer begins with Ha-Ri’s encounter with Dex, one of the people responsible for Ah-Ryung’s death. A huge fight breaks out at the secluded place. However, Ha-Ri tries to play his cards well. The trailer further shows someone asking Ha-Ri, “Is it him? The one who killed your friend?”
Despite the situation, he attempts to play his part to leave the place alive. Ha-Ri may shoot someone as he narrates, “Yes, I killed him. I was going to flip out if things went wrong.” Later, Cha Jae-Yi (Jang Gyu-Ri) asks Ha-Ri if there’s any chance to seek revenge for her sister’s death.
