However, the K-drama, as well as the actors, has garnered an enormous fanbase. It is also possible that the creators listen to the fans and make a modern-life storyline for Im-Sol and Sun-Jae. Moreover, the webtoon The Best of Tomorrow, on which the series is based, also has a second book. This can provide some hope for a Lovely Runner season 2.
