A new SBS K-drama Connection is all set to premiere with episode 1 on Friday, May 24, 2024, at 10 p.m. KST. The series follows the story of ace narcotics detective Jang Jae-Kyung (Ji-Sung), who suffers from drug addiction. When he struggles to manage his personal and professional life, his friend’s mysterious death urges him to uncover their ill-fated connection. This action thriller is replacing the recently concluded series, The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection.
Episode 1 of Connection will give viewers a glimpse of detective Jang Jae-Kyung’s story as he battles drug addiction while managing his job. He crosses paths with his high school classmate and social affairs reporter, Oh Yoon-Jin (Jeon Mi-Do), who helps him in the journey to uncover dark secrets and hidden truths.
