The Atypical Family trailer highlights Jang Ki-Yong & Chun Woo-Hee’s closeness
JTBC drops two new trailers of The Atypical Family. It shows Jang Ki-Yong‘s Bok Gwi-Joo and Chun Woo-Hee, aka Do Da-Hae’s character backgrounds. The video opens with Gwi-Joo looking at the palm of his hands while Da-Hae makes the same gesture.
In the next clip, a happy-go-lucky Da-Hae waits for Gwi-Joo with a bright smile as he looks at her with a glum face.
In the next scene, Bok Gwi-Joo pulls Da-Hae close to him while saving her from a car. The video clip further shows their closeness but soon features a glum Do Da-Hae and an annoyed Gwi-Joo. A voice says in the background, “I don’t know how much I wanted to listen.”
The trailer ends with a black-and-white scenario where a blast happens, and a shaken-up Gwi-Joo looks at the camera. This leaves the viewers wanting to know more about the drama.
The Atypical Family features a family who has powers. Bok Gwi-Joo could travel back in the past to happy moments, but because of his depression, he cannot. Bok Man-Heum could see the future but can no longer do so.
Bok Dong-Hee could fly, but because of her obesity, she could not fly anymore. The family is slowly withering away, but will Da-Hae be able to bring back their fortune?
