The story centers around an experienced instructor, Seo Hye-Jin, who reunites with her former student, Lee Joon-Ho. Meanwhile, the latter leaves a well-paying job to become an instructor and to pursue Hye-Jin, his first love. The duo gradually forms a close relationship and falls in love with each other.
On Thursday, April 25, 2024, a news report released character details of cast members So Joo-Yeon and Shin Joo-Hyup. So Joo-Yeon plays Nam Cheong-Mi, who joins as a new instructor in the Korean language department alongside Lee Joon-Ho. Given that her qualifications aren’t highly regarded in the academic world, she has worked hard to build her career. The photos tease her bright personality ahead of an instructor exam. After joining the academy with Joon-Ho, she begins to sense Hye-Jin’s feelings towards him.
Meanwhile, Shin Joo-Hyup plays Lee Joon-Ho’s best friend and graduate student, Choi Seung-Gyu. Instead of getting a job, he decides to pursue graduate studies. Being a Daechi-Dong resident, he meets Joon-Ho after the latter’s return to the town as an instructor. In the photos, the two share memories and concerns over a drink, with Seung-Gyu looking befuddled.
