After its debut on Netflix on April 5, 2024, Parasyte: The Grey recorded quite a high ranking on the domestic Netflix chart. It even ranked first on the global platform. Now, the viewers are interested to know whether there will be a second season. The director, Yeon Sang-Ho, has answered it.
Talking about Masaki Suda’s inclusion in the K-drama Parasyte: The Grey, the director hinted at season 2 to News1. Yeon Sang-Ho said (originally in Korean), “That is not a matter I can decide. When I spoke with actor Masaki Suda, I had an idea about the content behind it, and he explained that he had come to meet me at some point. I showed the scenario to actor Lee Jeong-Hyeon. If Season 2 is produced, it is difficult to give details, but it can be said that Shinichi will appear.”
