ENA recently shared The Midnight Studio Episode 5 trailer featuring Kwon Na-Ra and Joo Won. In the horror comedy K-drama, Kwon Na-Ra plays lawyer Han Bom, while Joo Won essays the role of ghost photographer Seo Ki-Joo.
The previous episode featured Ki-Joo helping Han Bom to capture her final moment with her deceased grandmother. The ending showed her asking the photographer when she would stop seeing ghosts.
In the trailer of the upcoming episode, Ki-Joo tries to find out why she can see ghosts. Also, he will connect her new skill with the already existing power. For context, Han Bom has an unknown supernatural power that keeps ghosts away from her. Therefore, Ki-Joo feels safe whenever she is with him.

The Midnight Studio episode 5 trailer teases Joo Won asking Kwon Na-Ra to stay apart
The Midnight Studio episode 5 trailer begins with Ki-Joo (Joo Won) examining Han Bom (Kwon Na-Ra) to learn why she can see ghosts. He asks his employees to look for past cases similar to hers.
Ki-Joo narrates, “Why is she always an exception? She came inside a place [his photos studio] she wasn’t supposed to.” Meanwhile, Han Bom finds it difficult to deal with sudden ghost sightings. Ki-Joo blames himself for her situation, claiming, “Strange things started happening to Bom since I moved into this place.”
The trailer further highlights the chaos happening in the lives of both characters. Han Bom breaks down and tells Ki-Joo she cannot be his safe zone when she doesn’t feel safe. Towards the end, he saves her from ghost attacks.
The video ends with Ki-Joo telling Han Bom, “Let’s try to be apart from each other and not cross paths.”
The Midnight Studio episode 5 will air on Monday, March 25, 2024, at 10.00 p.m. KST on ENA. It will also stream on Viki.
