Season 2 of the popular revenge K-drama The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection is returning. The upcoming installment will arrive on SBS TV on Friday, March 29, 2024. The airtime of the series is 10 p.m. KST.
SBS launched a few character photos of the series on Instagram on Friday, March 8, 2024. These newly dropped character photos feature actor Lee Joon. He portrays one of the most vital characters in the K-drama’s first season, Min Do-Hyuk. Min Do-Hyuk looks completely different in the photos, seemingly sporting a distinct aura.
The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection photos see Lee Joon ready to confront Uhm Ki-Joon
As mentioned earlier, the new character photos released by SBS for The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection show Lee Joon as Min Do-Hyuk. However, his character looks like an entirely different version of himself. In the first season’s finale, Min Do Hyuk barely escaped his death. He is the biological son of Shim Yong, the Chairman of Sung Chan Group. Now, he wants revenge on Matthew Lee (Uhm Ki-Joon).
According to the photos, Min Do-Hyuk has a clean appearance. In one still, he has a firm and dignified expression, and his gaze is fixed somewhere. The other photo has captured him in a perplexing atmosphere. There, he seems to be focused on his computer screen.
He also has many documents around him, and it looks like he is ready to confront Matthew Lee. As such, his character will play a significant role in the upcoming season of The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection.
