She confronted the latter over his actions and his potential role in Jeong-Woo’s medical accident and subsequent scandal. Before he could provide any answer, a truck rammed into their car, leaving both severely injured.
The trailer for the episode begins with Ha-Neul getting wheeled into the hospital for surgery. Her family members, including her mother, brother, and uncle, wait nervously outside the hospital room. Meanwhile, Jeong-Woo remains distraught over the accident and prays for Ha-Neul’s safety. He expresses his concerns to a doctor as to why Ha-Neul is still unconscious, given the CT scan showed no bleeding in her brain.

Jeong-Woo waits for her to return to him while confessing his love for her. Back at work, he reads a note from Ha-Neul, asking him not to exhaust himself. He breaks down over the note, worrying if she will ever make it back.
By the end of the trailer, Jeong-Woo discovers that Ha-Neul went to meet Kyung-Min because of the latter’s role in his scandal. Jeong-Woo breaks down, blaming himself for the incident and Ha-Neul’s condition.
