Good news for all Seo Kang-Joon fans. The South Korean singer-actor is in talks to return to the small screen for the first time since his return from the military service. As per JTBC, an industry person shared, “Seo Kang-joon has decided to make his comeback. He will play the role of Jeong Hae-Seong, the main character of ‘Undercover High School.'”
Undercover High School (working title) is a comedy K-drama. Bad Prosecutor’s writer, Young Bin, is penning the series. The drama’s storyline follows a man who is an agent at the National Intelligence Service (NIS) but goes undercover as a high school student. While in the school, he learns about what happens there and sympathizes with the students.
Now, Seo Kang-Joon is offered to headline the drama as the NIS agent who disguises himself as the student. If he accepts the offer, this will be his first project since his return from the military.

After the report that Seo Kang-Joon might return to the small screen surfaced all over the media, his agency responded. Hinting on a positive note, his agency, Man of Creation, declared, “Seo Kang Joon received an offer to star in ‘Undercover High School’ and is reviewing the offer positively.” The drama Undercover High School will be a light-hearted, fun series.
Seo Kang-Joon was last seen in Disney Plus‘ Grid back in 2022. Now, fans are expecting to see him in a more mature role. In addition to it, he is also known for featuring in Are You Human?
