SBS’s upcoming K-drama Acquaintances (working title) confirmed its lead star cast. Kim Do-Hoon joins the members, Han Ji-Min and Lee Jo-Hyuk.
Recently, Kim Do-Hoon’s agency, SEM Company declared that he is going to star in the series alongside the other actors. Even though the name isn’t finalized yet, Acquaintances is going to be a romantic drama.
The storyline revolves around Kang Ji-Hoon (Han Ji-Min), a CEO who knows nothing but to work. On the other hand, there’s Yoo Eun-Ho (Lee Jo-Hyuk), her competent secretary who knows how to balance work and housework along with childcare.

Acquaintances will feature a stellar star cast and the recent announcement of Kim Do-Hoon joining them just heightened the expectations. Ever since the announcement stirred up the media, fans have been waiting to see the actor again after his outstanding performance in the latest drama Moving. In this drama, he will be seen in a different form.
Apart from Han Ji-Min and Lee Jo-Hyuk, Kim Do-Hoon will play an important part in the drama. He will be seen as Woo Jung-Hoon, a charming and outgoing man who comes from a rich family. However, from the inside, he goes through a lot of conflicts and emotional tides towards his father.
Recently, Kim Do-Hoon received a lot of applause for his performance as Lee Kang-Hoon in Disney Plus‘ K-drama Moving. His character garnered a lot of attention from the viewers. He also featured in the revenge drama The Escape of the Seven and even won Best New Actor at the 2023 SBS Drama Awards.
The Escape of the Seven is returning for a second season but whether Do-Hoon will be joining them or not, is yet to be confirmed. However, we can’t wait to watch the actor in this new drama.
