Both the characters’ storylines also include traumatic past incidents, giving the series a perfect ending. Meanwhile, the show is set to release as a movie on MBC on Friday, February 23, 2024.

MBC’s Knight Flower movie will have a two-part release

Knight Flower is an MBC drama, based on the webtoon titled Flowers That Bloom at Night. According to a MBC report, the network will release a two-part movie on Friday, February 23, 2024. The first six episodes’ storyline will be included in Part 1, which will air at 8.40 p.m. KST, and Part 2 (episodes 7 to 12) will broadcast at 9.55 p.m. KST.

The reports also suggest that the decision to turn it into a movie came after the series’ success. The K-drama achieved the highest ranking in the finale.

Thanks to the enthusiastic support of viewers, it has been decided to air Flower Blooming at Night TV Movie, and it is expected to be a special gift for viewers. Please look forward to it as it is filled with famous scenes that you cannot miss.”

Knight Flower K-drama ending explained: How did Lee Hanee & Lee Jong-Won’s series end?

K-drama Knight Flower gave a happy and satisfying ending to the viewers. Lee Hanee as Cho Yeo-Hwa fought for justice and managed to punish her father-in-law, Left State Minister Seok Ji-Sung.

The ending showed that Ji-Sung sent orders to kill Yeo-Hwa’s brother, Park Soo-Ho’s (Lee Jong-Won) entire family, and King Yi So’s father.

When Yeo-Hwa found out about her brother’s murderer, she donned her assassin avatar and attacked Ji-Sung. Soo-Ho stopped her and advised her to take the right path. She then found evidence against Ji-Sung hidden in his brother’s sword case. She joined forces with the king and exposed Ji-Sung’s crimes at the royal court.

While the culprit was punished, Yeo-Hwa requested the king to spare his family. Seok Jeong, Yeo-Hwa’s husband who returned home after 15 years, helped her to nullify their marriage. While fans expected her reunion with Park Soo-Ho, she left the town to live her life. Soo-Ho respected her decision and waited for her.

Knight Flower ended with her return as the masked savior. Captain Soo-Ho got hold of her and they locked eyes as he leaned forward to kiss her. He said, “You can never leave my sight,” creating a romantic atmosphere.
