Hide K-Drama Trailer Teases Lee Bo-Young’s Search for Her Missing Husband

Starring Lee Bo-Young, the upcoming JTBC K-drama Hide released a new trailer, teasing significant mystery and suspense in the thriller series.  The series will release on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 10:30 p.m. KST on JTBC. However, it will first air on Coupang Play at 10 p.m. KST. The drama follows the story of a woman trying to find clues and discover secrets surrounding her husband’s disappearance.

The latest trailer of Hide teased Na Moon-Young’s (Lee Bo-Young) happy married life with husband Cha Sung-Jae (Lee Moo-Saeng). However, their lives turn upside down after the latter suddenly disappears, leaving Moon-Young alone. She then embarks on a journey to uncover the mystery while trying to find her husband. Moon-Young eventually discovers darker buried secrets that completely change her life. As it is, the trailer promises a gripping journey for viewers.

Lee Bo-Young’s husband goes mysteriously missing in Hide K-drama trailer

The trailer for the upcoming JTBC drama begins by showcasing Na Moon-Young’s happy family. She and her husband, Cha Sung-Jae, are a happily married couple, with the latter promising to be by her side forever. However, one day, she discovers that he is gone. As per a local news report, Moon-Young is a former prosecutor and now an attorney at Chawoong Law Firm. A chilly music accompanies the trailer as she embarks on a mission to find her husband.

With Cha Sung-Jae gone, Moon-Young begins to uncover secrets surrounding his disappearance. Meanwhile, the trailer also provides a glimpse of Sung-Jae’s life alongside the possible links to the mystery. By the end of the trailer, a car falls down a cliff, indicating a potential danger in the series. The caption alongside reads, “Every truth I knew is overturned.” The trailer ends with Moon-Young collapsing while she’s about to identify a dead body.

Other cast members of the JTBC drama include Lee Chung-Ah, who plays Ha Yeon-Joo, Moon-Young’s friendly neighbor. It will also feature Lee Min-Jae, who takes on the role of Do Jin-Woo, a mysterious man who holds the key to the case. Director Kim Dong-Hwi helms the drama.
