The new episode also showcases Lee Hye-Won (Lee So-Yeon) finally finding the place where artist Lim Dan-Ung has been hiding. The Two Sisters episode 18: Lee Hye-Won finally finds out where Lim Dan-Ung is staying
Episode 18 of The Two Sisters begins right after the incident at the end of episode 17. In the new episode, Yoon Yi-Chul’s mother, Kim Myeong-Ae, furiously talks to the hospital’s authorities about what happened to Bae Do-Eun. She is quite upset about the entire incident and blames the doctor for it. She is unaware of the fact that Bae Do-Eun made the doctor fall over her to avoid the pregnancy check-up.
In the meantime, Bae Do-Eun shows how upset she is about her fall at the hospital in front of Yoon Yi-Chul. She tells him that she does not want to visit or even go near that hospital ever. It is her way of getting away with her big lie about her pregnancy. Later on, in The Two Sisters episode 18, the audience sees Bae Do-Eun having a conversation with Jeon Kyeong-Ja (Shin Ha-Rang). They are celebrating what happened at the hospital.
Then, Bae Do-Eun goes on to reveal her master plan to Jeon Kyeong-Ja. She wants to destroy Lee Hye-Won’s image in front of Kim Myeong-Ae. Thus, she has a plan to create another fake miscarriage story to tell everyone. This time, she wants to put the blame on Lee Hye-Won so that Kim Myeong-Ae would hate her.
Towards the end of episode 18 of The Two Sisters, Lee Hye-Won asks Bae Do-Eun to meet her at a restaurant. This is her way of getting information out of her. During their conversation, she makes Bae Do-Eun think that she is slowly accepting her as her mother-in-law. Lee Hye-Won then somehow ends up getting her email ID from her.
When she returns to her office and does some research, she is confirmed that Bae Do-Eun is behind the scandal involving her husband’s mother, Oh Soo-Hyang, and artist Lim Dan-Ung. Soon, she realizes that Lim Dan-Ung has never left South Korea. He has been hiding in an apartment all along. Lee Hye-Won finds out about his location after seeing an online food order.
At the end of The Two Sisters episode 18, Lee Hye-Won rushes to the apartment and starts knocking on the door. After some time, artist Lim Dan-Ung finally comes out, and the two finally meet each other. The episode ends right there.
