Episode 15 of The Two Sisters aired on KBS2 on Friday, February 9, 2024. Viewers have been quite curious to witness how the new episode unfolds after the preview episode 14 ended on such a dramatic note. Lee So-Yeon’s character Lee Hye-Won after hearing about her mother-in-law signing the divorce papers and completely breaking down in tears.
The Two Sisters episode 15 sees a series of dramatic events. In the episode, the audience sees Lee Hye-Won’s mother-in-law Oh Soo-Hyang leaving the Yoon house to live in solitude. The episode also showcases Yoon Yi-Chul’s mother Kim Myeong-Ae deciding to invite Bae Do-Eun to the Yoon house. She even asks Lee Hye-Won to welcome Bae Do-Eun to their house and also prepare food for her.

The Two Sisters episode 15: Lee Hye-Won has to welcome Bae Do-Eun to the Yoon house
The Two Sisters episode 15 opens right where the previous episode 14 ended. Lee Hye-Won finds out about her father-in-law Yoon Yi-Chul and mother-in-law Oh Soo-Hyang’s divorce. In the new episode, Lee Hye-Won’s husband Yoon Ji-Chang seems quite distressed after hearing the news of his mother and father’s divorce. He now wants to find artist Lim Dan-Ung.
Lee Hye-Won tries to calm him down but he asks his wife to leave him alone for a bit as he can not think straight after what has happened to his mother. In the meantime, Yoon Yi-Ra finds a letter in her sister-in-law Oh Soo-Hyang’s room. In the letter, Oh Soo-Hyang tells everyone that she is leaving the Yoon house to live alone somewhere else. Yoon Yi-Ra then gives this piece of news to her mother Kim Myeong-Ae, who seems quite unaffected by it.
At that moment, Kim Myeong-Ae comes up with the idea to invite Yoon Yi-Chul’s girlfriend Bae Do-Eun to their house. She has a plan to include her in their family as soon as possible. Later on, in episode 15 of The Two Sisters, viewers see Lee Hye-Won and Lee Hye-Ji aka Bae Do-Eun’s mother and the man she lives with visit a private detective. They want her to find Lee Hye-Won so that they can extract money from her.
After leaving the private detective’s place, they decide to con a stranger to collect some money to give to the private detective as her fee. Unknowingly, they end up choosing Lee Hye-Won’s stepbrother Lee San-Deul as their victim. They lure him into their trap and get a good amount of money from him.
Towards the end of The Two Sisters episode 15, both Lee Hye-Won and her husband Yoon Ji-Chang return home late. Thereafter, Kim Myeong-Ae calls both of them into her room. She then tells them that she has invited Bae Do-Eun to their house. Despite their disagreement, she orders them to welcome her to the house. Kim Myeong-Ae even orders Lee Hye-Won to prepare food for her.
At the end of episode 15 of The Two Sisters, Bae Do-Eun arrives at the Yoon house, alongside Yoon Yi-Chul. To follow Kim Myeong-Ae’s order, Lee Hye-Won welcomes Bae Do-Eun to the house. At that moment, their pet dog comes running at Bae Do-Eun and she gets extremely scared. The episode ends with Bae Do-Eun addressing Lee Hye-Won as her elder sister and embracing her in fear of the dog.
