At the end of the series’ previous episode, viewers see Na In-Woo’s character, Yoo Ji-Hyuk, risking his life to save Kang Ji-Won (Park Min-Young). Yoo Ji-Hyuk gets into a fatal accident.

Marry My Husband episode 13: Na In-Woo gains consciousness
Episode 13 of Marry My Husband begins right where the previous episode ends. Yoo Ji-Hyuk gets into an accident to save Kang Ji-Won’s life. In the new episode, Ji-Won is seen rushing Ji-Hyuk to the hospital. After that, Ji-Hyuk’s family, including his sister and grandfather, arrives at the hospital. Then, the episode shows that Ji-Hyuk has left a voice message for Ji-Won right before his accident.
In the voice note, Ji-Hyuk revealed to Ji-Won everything about his death in 2023 and how he traveled back to 2013 after his death. He has also confessed his romantic feelings for Ji-Won and asked her to forgive him. Moreover, he requested that she not blame herself after the accident as it was inevitable. Ji-Won is heartbroken after the incident.
Following this, Marry My Husband episode 13 takes viewers back to the moment when an unknown woman comes to meet Park Min-Hwan (Lee Yi-Kyung). As expected, it turns out to be Ji-Hyuk’s ex-fiancée, Yu-Ra (Kwon Bo-A). She ends up successfully manipulating Min-Hwan with her wealth. Moreover, she wants Min-Hwan to end Ji-Won’s life so that she can be with Ji-Hyuk.
She also takes Jeong Soo-Min (Song Ha-Yoon) under her wings to make her plan work. Yu-Ra manages to learn crucial information about Jeong Su-Min and Kang Ji-Won’s past. She plans to use this information to make Soo-Min go to any extent to kill Ji-Won. In a shocking turn of events, the Marry My Husband episode discloses that the man Kang Ji-Won’s mother has an affair with is Soo-Min’s father.
Na In-Woo confesses his love for Park Min-Young in episode 13
In Marry My Husband episode 13, Min-Hwan receives money from Yu-Ra to kill Ji-Won. When he arrives home, he tells Soo-Min everything. She then takes the money to her father and Ji-Won’s mother, who has no love or sympathy for his daughter. Soo-Min asks them to do as they are told if they do not want to get hurt by Yu-Ra. As instructed, Soo-Min’s father steals a truck and tries to hit Ji-Won’s car with it to kill her.
However, the plan fails as Ji-Hyuk gets in the way to save Ji-Won. Soo-Min’s father ends up hitting Ji-Hyuk’s car instead, and the latter gets severely injured from the accident. After hearing about Soo-Min’s involvement in the accident, Ji-Won confronts her. During their confrontation, Soo-Min reveals to Ji-Won that she has been tormenting her because Ji-Won’s mother had an affair with her father.
She even tries to get Ji-Won’s sympathy by revealing this information. However, to her surprise, Ji-Won has always been aware of this and tried to take care of Soo-Min. Ji-Won then ends their conversation by telling Soo-Min that she should be ready for what will come her way.
At the end of the episode, Ji-Won goes to see Ji-Hyuk, who has been completely unconscious since the accident, at the hospital. She then plays the voice recording Ji-Hyuk had sent her before the accident to her. All of a sudden, Ji-Hyuk gains consciousness. After waking up, he confesses his love for Ji-Won, and Ji-Wons responds with an “I love you too.” The episode ends right there.
