The highly popular K-drama A Shop for Killers is all set to air its final set of episodes 7 and 8 on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 5 p.m. KST on Disney Plus. The series follows the story of a young college student, Jeong Ji-An (Kim Hye-Jun), who discovers that her uncle and guardian, Jeong Jin-Man (Lee Dong-Wook), is dead. Gradually, she learns more about her uncle’s identity and profession when enemies attack her.
The trailer for Episodes 7 and 8 of A Shop for Killers tease Jeong Ji-An’s final battle against the enemies. A Shop for Killers Episodes 7 & 8: Kim Hye-Jun protects Lee Dong-Wook’s shopping mall one last time
The trailer for the final two episodes, 7 and 8, of A Shop for Killers begins by giving viewers a glimpse into what happened with Jeong Jin-Man and Jeong Ji-An’s family members. Jin-Man’s mother admits to having lived a life without any shame while she is admitted to a hospital. However, the following scene shows someone strangling her, leading to her untimely death. Jin-Man grapples with his mother’s sudden death.
Just when Jin-Man grows suspicious over his mother’s death, Bale arrives in his life to kill Ji-An’s parents. Meanwhile, the scene shifts to the past when Ji-An is with Jin-Man when the incident takes place. Jin-Man left to rescue her parents in the first few episodes, but it was too late as Bale had already killed them. The trailer then shows the present when Ji-An wishes to know more about what happened to her parents.
As Ji-An continues to battle the enemies with the help of Pasin and Min-Hye, the latter reveals that someone has logged into the shopping mall server “murthehelp.” Soon, Bale storms into the apartment in a van to visit Ji-An. From then on, Ji-An battles the enemies one last time to protect her uncle’s shopping mall and to seek revenge for her parents’ murder.
Although Pasin and Min-Hye are in danger, they advise Ji-An to run away, protect herself, and take revenge. While getting attacked, she remembers her uncle’s training when he says, “Listen up, Jeong Ji-An. Death is not scary.” Ji-An battles for one final time with Bale and his men, including Seong-Jo.
By the end of the trailer, protecting her uncle’s shopping mall, Ji-An says, “If you keep trying to take over this place, you’ll all die here.” Viewers will have to wait and see her journey unfold.
