Episode 6 of Between Him and Her aired on Channel A and Viki on Friday, February 2, 2024. The sixth episode of Between Him and Her begins with a furious Jung Hyun-Sung (Lee Dong-Hae) confronting one of his close friends, Kim Hyung-Sub (Kim Hyun-Mok), about his feelings for her ex-lover Han Sung-Ok (Lee Seol). However, after he gets quite emotional about the situation, Hyung-Sub tells him that he only sees her as a friend. He also explains that just because they have broken up, it does not mean he also has to stop being her friend.
After this conversation, both Hyung-Sub and Hyun-Sung become emotional and break down. The two then resolve the issue between them and take care of each other. In the meantime, Han Sung-Ok has a serious conversation with her junior, who has offered her a job as a designer. She asks him if he has any romantic feelings for her.
She does not want to work with him if he has feelings for her, as it will be too uncomfortable for her. Despite having romantic feelings for her, the junior exclaims that he does not see her that way and that she can comfortably work with him. Thus, Sung-Ok feels at ease and decides to start working at his company in episode 6 of Between Him and Her.
Lee Seol and Lee Dong-Hae have an awkward meeting in episode 6
The next day, in Between Him and Her episode 6, seeing the stack of bills, Hyun-Sung (Lee Dong-Hae) realizes that he needs to start working. He secures a food designer position at the cafe where Kim Hyung-Sub works. He also decides that it is time to sell the clothes he has designed for their company. Meanwhile, the episode displays An Shi-Hoo (Choi Won-Myeong) sharing intimate moments with his first love, Yoon Yoo-Joo (Baek Soo-Hee). She is also his ex-girlfriend and the two are in a hotel.
However, soon Shi-Hoo starts remembering how Yoo-Joo broke his heart several years ago. She is her first love and he is still not over the heartbreak caused by their breakup. Thus, he decides to leave the hotel room. Before leaving, he tells her that there is nothing more between them except physical intimacy.
At the end of the Between Him and Her episode, Hyun-Sung starts selling the clothes he has designed so passionately on the street at a very low price. When a teenage couple comes to buy one of his hoodies, he decides to give it away at a very low cost. He can see that the boy is scared to showcase his talent as a rapper. Thus, he encourages him to never give up on his dream.
Soon, Sung-Ok (Lee Seol) arrives at the spot along with the junior, with whom she has now started working. After the two see each other, they both become still and quite uneasy. Sung-Ok seems shocked to witness that Hyun-Sung is selling his precious clothes on the street for money. Thus, it creates an extremely awkward situation for the two. The episode ends right there.
