The upcoming MBN K-drama The Crown Prince Has Disappeared features EXO’s Suho and Hong Ye-Ji in lead roles. The central storyline of the drama, set in the Joseon period, follows the unexpected kidnapping of Crown Prince Yi Geon (Suho). However, the woman, Choi Myung-Yoon (Hong Ye-Ji), who kidnaps him, is to become his wife. Myung-Hoon has talents in medicine and horseback riding.

Apart from Suho and Hong Ye-Ji playing the lead roles, the drama also entails a star-studded cast. Myung Se-Bin, who also appeared on Bossam: Steal the Fate, will return as the kind-hearted Queen Min Soo-Ryun. Kim Joo-Hun will play Choi Myung-Yoon’s (Choi Sang-rok) father.
Choi Sang-Rok is a royal physician determined to go to any lengths to protect his people. Kim Min-Kyu, meanwhile, will portray Prince Do-Sung, Yi-Geon’s half-brother, who is ambitious about being the successor.
Other cast members include Yoo Se-Rye, Jeon Jin-Oh, Cha Kwang-Soo and Kim Seol-Jin. Kim Jin-Man serves as the director and Kim Ji-Soo and Park Cheol are the writers.
