KBS shared the latest Love Song for Illusion episode 8 trailer ahead of its premiere. Starring Park Ji-Hoon and Hong Ye-Ji, the K-drama currently deals with King Sajo Hyeon’s alter personality Ak-Hee, taking over his body once again.
In episode 7, Ak-Hee takes over Sajo Hyeon’s body to reunite with his lover Kyera but gets upset when he realizes that she has feelings for Sajo Hyeon. The episode ends with him agreeing to spend the night with the Queen to get back at Kyera, who is unaware of Ak-Hee’s return.
The recently released Love Song for Illusion episode 8 trailer shows that Ak-Hee is frustrated and wants to get rid of Sajo Hyeon.

In the latest Love Song for Illusion episode 8 trailer, Park Ji-Hoon’s Ak-Hee complains about Sajo Hyeon to shaman Choong-Ta. He tells the latter that he wants to lock away the King for good because he stole his lover, Kyera.
KBS has also shared a few photos from the new episode. In one of the posts, Ak-Hee enters his wife, the Queen’s room, making others believe that they will spend the night together. But the photos hint at him trying to get the Queen drunk. The previously released trailer showed that she got suspicious of the King after the night.
Another post features Ak-Hee approaching Kyera, who is lying on the ground unconscious. Viewers can expect a lot of drama from this ongoing K-drama’s episode 8.

Love Song for Illusion Episode 8 will premiere on Monday, January 29, 2024, at 10.10 p.m. KST on KBS. It is also available to stream on Viki.
Consisting of 16 episodes, the fantasy romance K-drama airs twice a week on Monday and Tuesday.
