The trailer for the upcoming Disney Plus K-drama A Shop for Killers begins on a suspenseful note. It looks like an incident has driven Jeong Jin-Man to take a vacation. The next few scenes see him in action as he battles his enemies. As the action scenes continue, the trailer proceeds to provide a flashback of Jin-Man’s first meeting with his niece, Jeong Ji-An. Ji-An’s life eventually turns upside down when she discovers the news of her uncle’s passing.
Ji-An then begins to discover secrets about her uncle’s passing. Initially, she anxiously wonders about the world Jin-Man has left for her. But gradually, Ji-An gets accustomed to her uncle’s profession. She introduces herself to the people as the shopping mall’s new owner. Over time, she battles a variety of enemies, including the merciless sniper Lee Sung-Jo (Seo Hyun-Woo). On the other hand, she also receives help from Min-Hye (Geum Hae-Na), who helps her discover Jeong Jin-Man’s true identity.
Ji-An’s elementary school classmate, Bae Jung-Min (Park Ji-Bin), also helps her in the mission with his incredible hacking skills. He comforts her throughout the journey. The trailer ends with Jeong Jin-Man’s continuous battle. Though the purpose of his mission is still unclear, the trailer definitely looks promising enough for viewers to tune in.
