The Story Of Park’s Marriage Contract episode 11 was scheduled to air on MBC on Friday, December 29, 2023. However, the network recently announced that the release date has been postponed.
Starring Lee Se-Young as Park Yeon-Woo and Bae In-Hyuk as Kang Tae-Ha, the K-drama will now return with episode 11 on next Friday, January 5, 2024. The schedule changed due to the 2023 MBC Entertainment Awards and 2023 MBC Drama Awards.
The Story Of Park’s Marriage Contract tells the story of a 19th century man named Yeon-Woo, who transports to the 21st century after her husband’s death. She comes across her late spouse’s look-alike, Kang Tae-Ha, and several others who resemble people from her Joseon era. Fate brings Tae-Ha and Yeon-Woo together as they enter into a marriage contract.
No new episodes of The Story Of Park’s Marriage Contract this week
The Story Of Park’s Marriage Contract generally airs twice a week — Fridays and Saturdays. Episodes 11 and 12 were scheduled for this weekend, but the upcoming MBC award shows have taken the slots. Therefore, no new episodes of the Lee Se-Young and Bae In-Hyuk starrer will premiere this week.
A day before, MBC shared a few behind-the-scenes photos to compensate for viewers’ disappointment regarding the postponement. The production team stated, “We hope to soothe viewers’ disappointment over this week’s hiatus even the slightest bit with these behind-the-scenes photos of the cast, which capture the adorable atmosphere [on the set].”
Meanwhile, the storyline has taken an interesting turn. Episode 10 ended with Hwang Myung-Soo attacking Tae-Ha while Yeon-Woo rushes to his aid. The K-drama‘s upcoming episode will feature Lee Se-Young’s character getting ready to leave the modern time and transport back to the 19th century.
Viewers can expect a heartbreaking moment between Tae-Ha and Yeon-Woo in The Story Of Park’s Marriage Contract episode 11. It will air on Friday, January 5, 2024, at 9:50 p.m. KST on MBC. It will also stream on Viki.
