KBS recently released The Matchmakers Episode 14 trailer after Episode 13 airing. The K-drama stars Rowoon and Cho Yi-Hyun as two young widowed matchmakers who fall in love with each other.
In episode 13 ending, Sim Jung-Woo (Rowoon) tells Cho Yi-Hyun’s Soon-Deok that he doesn’t love her anymore. He breaks up with her after Soon-Deok’s mother-in-law, So-Hyun (Park Ji-Young), warns him to stay away from the lead character.
The latest The Matchmakers Episode 14 trailer shows Soon-Deok’s fight for love. It appears she wages a war against So-Hyun and refuses to accept Jung-Woo’s decision.

The Matchmakers Episode 14 release date, plot & more
The Matchmakers episode 14 will air on Monday, December 18, 2023, at 9:45 p.m. KST on KBS. It will later be available on Viki with subtitles.
The trailer begins with the sad face of Rowoon’s Jung-Woo. The late Left State Minister’s wife, So-Hyun, asks Jung-Woo to mind his behavior. Maeng Sam-Soon is then heard asking why one cannot be with the person they love, while the video shows Jung-Woo in a lonely state.
The preview further features the Queen requesting the King that the Crown Prince needs his brother-in-law, Jung-Woo. Meanwhile, Soon-Deok faces So-Hyun, who tried to manipulate her in the previous episode. Cho Yi-Hyun’s character says, “I realized I cannot be the person you want me to be. Therefore, I plan to find my own method now.” It may take a nasty turn for her, as viewers saw in episode 13 how dangerous So-Hyun can be.
K-drama The Matchmakers episode 14 trailer ends with Soon-Deok meeting Jung-Woo and saying, “I like you more and more, Your Excellency!” It seems she is not ready to accept his decision to break up with her.
