MBC recently released The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract Episode 5 trailer, starring Bae In-Hyuk and Lee Se-Young. The K-drama is a time-slip romance of a 19th-century woman transporting to the 21st century.
In episode 4, Park Yeon-Woo (Lee Se-Young) meets Kang Tae-Ha’s (Bae In-Hyuk) family. The ending showed her following a butterfly that she believed led to the Joseon era. When Tae-Ha found Yeon-Woo in the woods, he suddenly had flashbacks of his past life as Yeon-Woo’s late husband.

The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract Episode 5 will air on Friday, December 8, 2023, at 9.50 p.m. KST on MBC. It will be later available to stream on Viki.
The trailer begins with Lee Se-Young’s Park Yeon-Woo and Sa-Wol (Joo Hyun-Young) in the woods. Yeon-Woo thinks she has found a way to return home, but she has to do something before leaving. Sa-Wol teases her asking whether she wants to spend a night with Tae-Ha, who is her husband as per a marriage contract. Meanwhile, Hye-Sook wants to destroy Tae-Ha and thus creates a controversy on his marriage to Yeon-Woo.
The trailer shows Bae In-Hyuk’s character in distress while Yeon-Woo is surrounded by media. In the background, Hye-Sook is heard saying, “Give it a twist and make a bigger deal out of it. Create rumors.”
The preview ends with Tae-Ha visiting Yeon-Woo who is wearing her Joseon attire and doing laundry. When she asks him why he has come, he says, “I just wanted to see you.” Viewers can expect the two characters to get closer in the upcoming episode.
