MBC released The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract trailer ahead of its premiere on Friday. The time-slip romance drama stars Lee Se-Young and Bae In-Hyuk as Park Yeon-Woo and Kang Tae-Ha, respectively.
The new K-drama revolves around Yeon-Woo who accidentally travels to the present time from the Joseon period after her husband’s death. She meets Tae-Ha, who looks like her late spouse. While adjusting to the modern time, Yeon-Woo signs a marriage contract with Tae-Ha.
The recently released trailer shows the first swoon-worthy encounter between Yeon-Woo and Tae-Ha in the Joseon era.

The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract Episode 1 will air on Friday, November 24, 2023, at 9.50 p.m. KST on MBC. The K-drama takes the slot of My Dearest, which ended last week. Viewers can also watch the new series on Viki.
The latest trailer for The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract Episode 1 is set in the Joseon period. Yeon-Woo tries to peek inside a house when Tae-Ha (Bae In-Hyuk) opens the door pushing her. But, he grabs her and saves her from falling. A romantic atmosphere is created as their eyes meet for the first time.
The plot of the South Korean drama revolves around Yeon-Woo (Lee Se-Young) who falls in love with Tae-Ha. On the day of their wedding, she finds out that her husband has a heart condition, and soon after, he dies. To make matters worse, she is kidnapped and thrown into a well.
When she wakes up, she sees her husband but in a different setting. She soon discovers that she has time-traveled to a new era where a rich businessman looks like her late husband from the Joseon era. Interestingly, he also suffers from a heart condition. Due to family pressure, he must find a wife and thus sign a marriage contract with Yeon-Woo.
Aside from the lead actors, the remaining cast includes Joo Hyun-Young, Yoo Seon-Ho, Jo Bok-Rae, Jin Kyung, Cheon Ho-Jin, Son So-Mang, Jung Si-Yul, Lee Joon-Hyuk, Kwon Ah-Reum, Jung Si-A, Kim Yeo-Jin, and Park Yeon-Woo.
The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract will air new episodes on Fridays and Saturdays on MBC.
