Popular K-drama Strong Girl Namsoon aired a brand new episode on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at 10:30 p.m. KST on JTBC and Netflix. The series follows the story of three generations of powerful women investigating drug-related crimes in Gangnam. Starring Lee Yoo-Mi and Ong Seong-Wu as leads, the drama is building up to a terrifying climax. As the series nears closer to its end, viewers have been eager to find out what happens with the characters.
Episode 14 showcased Ryu Si-Oh’s (Byeon Woo-Seok) master plan, which ended in a scary bloodbath. He eventually found out that Tsegtseg was, in fact, Gang Nam-Soon (Lee Yoo-Mi). Si-Oh realized that the latter had been working undercover and that he’d been completely fooled into believing her to be his ally. Throughout the episode, Si-Oh went on a rampage to kill people related to the investigation against him.

Ryu Si-Oh gets mad after learning that he’d been spilling his secrets to Gang Nam-Soon herself. He was even more upset because he had feelings for her. However, after discovering how she fooled him into leaking information and used his feelings for the same, he intends on seeking revenge. Meanwhile, Nam-Soon’s mother Hwang Geum-Joo (Kim Jung-Eun) airs news about how Doogo works in the drug business.
Geum-Joo also gives Gang Hee-Sik (Ong Seung-Wu) and the rest of the detectives her secret space to work on the case. Meanwhile, she and the rest of the family head to Busan. While in Busan, Nam-Soon calls Hee-Sik, asking him to upload the video of the lab. Eventually, he manages to air the tape by planting the video coverage during the broadcasting of Si-Oh’s client. The main judge, who was also Si-Oh’s client, is removed from the case and Justice Lee replaces him.
While Nam-Soon spends time with her Mongolian mother in Busan, Geum-Joo checks the harbor for drug import. She sees Bread Song there, and after further inquiry, discovers he has nothing to do with Si-Oh. Meanwhile, Gil Joong-Gan (Kim Hae-Sook) navigates her love life and Geum-Joo’s ex-husband thinks she and Bread Song are dating.
The drama smartly mixes fun and tense scenes, giving viewers a break now and then. Eventually, the time for Ryu Si-Oh’s revenge arrives. He first kills Hwa-Ja, who had been leading a good life after Geum-Joo paid for her expenses. Si-Oh also kills the new judge after hearing the latter’s ruling to arrest everyone related to the drug case.
By the end of the episode, Si-Oh uses Hwa-Ja’s phone to text Nam-Soon. The latter realizes that Hwa-Ja is dead and she might be the next target. Now that Nam-Soon knows Si-Oh has discovered her identity, the final set of episodes will document their intense showdown.
