Shin Hye-Sun is a popular South Korean actress, known for her roles in many successful and widely watched Korean dramas. She made her acting debut in 2012 K-Drama School 2013 and became well known after playing the lead role in the television drama My Golden Life in 2017. The Hymn of Death is a South Korean television miniseries with only 6 episodes. The drama is based on true events about the tragic romance between first soprano Yun Sim-Deok (Shin Hye-Sun) and playwright Kim Woo-Jin (Lee Jong-Suk). The drama premiered on November 27, 2023 on SBS and is available to stream on Netflix.
