The episode saw Jang Shin-yu and Lee Hong-jo spend quality time together after they discovered their past lives, after which the curse was finally lifted. The lead couple then spend the night together in Shin-yu’s house. The morning after, he gets a call from shaman Eun-wol (Kim Hye-ok), who tells him that she dreamt of picking a peach and that the couple will have a daughter in the future.
Following this strange prediction, Shin-yu is left flustered. However, fans loved the phone conversation and the awkwardness. They took to social media to hilariously respond to the same. One tweeted:
The K-drama follows the story of lawyer Jang Shin-yu (Rowoon), who is bound by a centuries-old curse, and Lee Hong-jo (Jo Bo-ah), a civil servant who holds the key to undo the curse. The series’ finale will be airing on October 12, 2023.

Episode 15 of Destined With You documents Jang Shin-yu and Lee Hong-jo finally together after crossing multiple hurdles. After spending the night together at Shin-yu’s house, he gets a call from the shaman Eun-wol the following morning.
Just after Shin-yu picks up the call, Eun-wol says, “It’s a daughter. I had a conception dream. I picked a peach.” This leaves Shin-yu flustered, who then assures the shaman that he’s alone in the house, which Eun-wol doesn’t believe.
Fans were surprised with the nature of the conversation but found it hilarious. Some viewers were even assured that the shaman’s prediction meant that Destined With You will have a happy ending and that the lead couple will, in fact, stay together.

The final episode of Destined With You is only a few hours away. Episode 16 of the much-awaited K-drama is all set to air on October 12, 2023 at 10:30 p.m. KST on JTBC and will be available to stream on Netflix.
In episode 15, Na Jung-beom (Ahn Sang-woo) kidnapped Hong-jo. While Shin-yu began to find her in the forest, Jung-beom was seen praying in a cave with Hong-jo lying unconscious behind him. The trailer for the finale episode teases escalating tensions as she escapes momentarily but is again found unconscious as Shin-yu holds her tightly and begins crying, begging her to wake up.
