When will Gangs of Godavari Hindi dub be released?
The Gangs of Godavari trailer promises to deliver a high-octane action drama with a blend of politics. The protagonist, Rathna, played by Vishwak Sen, is depicted as an ordinary man from a slum area who rises to power.
Describing his role, Vishwak Sen shared, “I play Lankala Rathna, a member of the tribal community who transforms from a petty thief to a powerful gangster and politician. This is the best role I’ve played in my career. I like to push the envelope and experiment with my characters.”
Reportedly, Gangs of Godavari was made on a budget of $2.8 million and released on 500 screens in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. However, the film only generated $2.3 million at the box office. Due to its underperformance, the film debuted on the OTT platform just two weeks after its theatrical release. Currently, Gangs of Godavari is streaming on Netflix in multiple languages except Hindi.
Recently, JioCinema took to Instagram to share the film’s trailer and announce the Hindi dub release on July 5. Additionally, the film will be exclusively available for JioCinema subscribers. Those interested in watching it in 4K can subscribe to the platform for only ₹29 ($0.35) per month. Furthermore, the Hindi version will possibly be available on the platform on July 5 at 12:00 AM (IST).
